Dustin is the Founder, President, and CEO of National Alchemy Technologies, Inc., (a Wyoming C-Corp) commercializing the world’s first, differential buoyancy IP technology that revolutionizes the shooting range berm remediation and bullet metals recovery industry.

During his service with Military Police in the Canadian Armed Forces , Dustin gathered countless skills including elite unit training after passing Close Protection Operator Selection. His proven skills and abilities to perform under pressure and at high levels has crossed into private sector success as the founder, owner and operator of Canada’s largest indoor shooting range - Dustin has now directly solved the industry’s most painful and costly HAZMAT and compliance challenges otherwise known as “cleaning the backstop” — by inventing and patenting (U.S. Patent Application No. 18/406,117) the world’s most efficient, safest and fastest, bullet metals recovery system.

Dustin’s leadership is defined by transparency, practical innovation, and a relentless focus on creating shared value for range owners, contractors, regulators, and communities alike. Under his direction, National Alchemy is poised to deliver the most profitable, EPA/OSHA-aligned cleaning solution and at large scale to the entire North American shooting sports market. Dustin is blessed with an amazing wife, two amazing daughters and his dog Lou. He loves a hot sauna and spends his spare time reading, tactical shooting, playing hockey, jiu-jitsu, kick boxing, golfing and water sports.

James Klassen serves as Chief Technology Officer and pre-formation technology consultant for National Alchemy Technologies, Inc., leading the engineering, prototyping, and scaling of the company’s differential buoyancy IP, for high-efficiency shooting range bullet metals remediation.

A prolific inventor with 150+ patents, James co-founded Genesis Robotics where he developed breakthrough technologies including the LDD Genesis robot arm. His earlier innovations transformed extreme sports as he invented the Virtual Pivot Point (VPP) suspension system that revolutionized mountain biking (still used by leading brands today) and created the first snowboard with a flat base and no fins — an industry first that helped James win the 1986 US Open.

James brings unmatched expertise in mechanical design, fluid dynamics, patent strategy, and rapid commercialization. His hands-on leadership is driving the build and testing of National Alchemy’s first commercial-scale prototype, ensuring the technology is not only revolutionary but also manufacturable, scalable, cost-effective, and fully compliant with EPA/OSHA standards. His monumental previous success and proven ability to turn bold ideas into market-defining products is foundational to National Alchemy’s mission of delivering scalable, safer and more environmentally friendly solutions to the shooting range and range remediation industry.

James is a very successful published author with his groundbreaking book “A Snowboarder’s Guide To The Afterlife” and his next book is already in production. James also creates high quality content for his youtube channel “James and The Real Jesus”. In his spare time, James takes care of his cattle on his ranch, invents new fun things and exercises like he’s half his true age.
